When your bar is set up, but it is not displaying on the Page Targeting you set.
You need to enable "Enable Announcement Bar" in the theme in order for the bar to be displayed on your page. Please follow the steps below to enable it:
Step1：Go to the theme customization page.
Step2：Click on "App embeds".
Step3：Search for "Enable Announcement Bar" and then enable it. Save the changes.
